Need help?

We're a small team and we read every message. The fastest way to reach us is email, and we usually reply within one business day.

Email: hi@videolivephoto.com

When you write in, it helps to include:

  • Which product you're using — the Liveify iOS app or the Liveify website
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can capture one

Billing and subscriptions

Available plans, billing periods, prices and credit packs are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Website and App Store offers may differ.

Website purchases (Stripe): Sign in with the account used for your purchase and open subscription management. Use the management button to open the Stripe portal, or the cancellation action to stop renewal. Cancellation keeps your subscription available until the current period ends. For a refund request or missing credits, email hi@videolivephoto.com with your receipt or order number and account email. Restore Purchases in the iPhone app does not restore website purchases.

App Store purchases: Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Liveify, or Apple subscription management. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. Request refunds from Apple. If purchases are missing, try Restore Purchases in the app, then email us with your receipt if the issue remains.

Using Liveify

Which tools run on my device?

Your source file is processed on your device for browser previews and format conversions. When signed in, supported conversion results are uploaded to your cloud library. AI generation sends your selected image to the service and can also save results to your library. Video and GIF previews do not produce a downloadable Live Photo. Creating and saving one requires Liveify on iPhone; keep the original file available on that device.

The motion in my Live Photo won't convert.

iOS doesn't expose a Live Photo's motion to web pages, so to turn a Live Photo into a video or GIF you first need to Save it as a Video in the Photos app, then upload that video. The converter walks you through this on each tool page.

What formats do you support?

Preview videos and GIFs online, then create Live Photos in Liveify on iPhone. Export GIFs and still images in your browser, or animate photos with AI.
