Billing and subscriptions

What do you offer?

VideoLivePhoto and the Liveify app offer auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) as well as one-time credit packs. Each plan's name, length, and price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, along with links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Liveify, then choose Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end — for example, credits that didn't arrive — email us and we'll make it right.

I was charged but my credits didn't arrive.

Tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen first. If the credits still don't show up, email us with your receipt and we'll sort it out for you.

Using VideoLivePhoto

Which tools run on my device?

The format converters — Live Photo to Video, Video to Live Photo, Live Photo to GIF, and GIF to Live Photo — run entirely in your browser, so your files never leave your device. The only exception is the AI Photo to Live Photo feature, which sends your selected image to an AI model to generate motion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The motion in my Live Photo won't convert.

iOS doesn't expose a Live Photo's motion to web pages, so to turn a Live Photo into a video or GIF you first need to Save it as a Video in the Photos app, then upload that video. The converter walks you through this on each tool page.

What formats do you support?

You can convert between Live Photos, MP4/MOV video, and GIF, and animate a still JPG or PNG into a Live Photo with AI. If you hit a format that doesn't work, let us know and we'll take a look.
